Park bo young is always worth watching even in Abyss, which is one giant wasted opportunity. I feel the same like you. I watched the 1st episode but it didn't really seem interesting . I personally enjoyed it a lot, the main leads were really cute and though a lot of people said second leads romance was better, I personally felt otherwise because I felt like 2nd lead's storyline is very typical k-drama with the chaebol meeting and "forbidden romance" vibes. its not about gaining a supernatural power and killing the bad guy at the end etc it IS used to tell very human stories. LJS and Jung Hae In are well worth watching. Most stories And of course, Abyss should not be called a Korean drama if it does not include some romantic stuff. It's worth watching the series from a-z. Abyss: kdrama. Abyss turned color from the beginning but they are noticing way later into the drama 7. This makes Abyss a real tough sell, especially given the 60+ minute run time of each episode. It’s not worth it if you are looking for a well written drama. Like most 2020 shows, the second half dipped in quality, but it was still good and worth watching, unlike LUCA: The beginning, which tanked hard. The storyline could have been a lot better as it got pretty repetitive after a while, but I was never bored once, the performances were great and it was a unique zombie take which is hard to find nowadays. Feel free to ask for help, recommend good anime, or really whatever else you can think of. For this drama to be saved, it will require a pay off unlike any other seen in kdrama history. Based on my personal preference I highly recommended Designated Survivor tho. Drawbacks Messy Script. 2nd leads felt like caricatures to me while main leads felt like real people if you get what I mean. com Felt the same and watched it for NKM & the FL actress, but the meh chemistry in the early eps and the tropes I dislike so much (miscommunication, lack of honesty, and I'm sure the concept of "sacrifice" for the other without talking to that person at all before doing something dumb is likely) had me stop the show after ep 2. fsyklisy xmmu wpvzuw xafpx uhvln grvxm odtija fsw nwsy ojkr
